A takeoff takes hours. Counting toilets off a 40-inch sheet, measuring pipe run by run, then pricing it all by hand - that work eats the evening of every owner who still bids his own jobs. Most of it is not skill. It is counting. Machines are good at counting.
Plans2Bid does the counting and the math. The contractor keeps the judgment: his prices, his flat costs, his final check before a bid goes out. We do not sell him a price book. We do not hide the numbers. Every count shows the sheet it came from, and every line on the bid can be changed by hand.
Straight deal: plans in, priced bid out. That is the whole mission.
